Form data is kept for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and related correspondence, then for any period required by law, after which it is deleted or anonymised.

Data is never sold or shared for marketing. It may be processed by suppliers acting as processors (hosting, email, audience measurement) under an Art. 28 GDPR contract.

No data is passed to insurers except within a later engagement and on your instruction.

Some suppliers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where they do, the transfer is covered by the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or an equivalent safeguard.

The site sets no profiling cookies. The office map (Google Maps) loads only after an explicit click: until then, no data is sent to Google.
